Refund policy
- All sales are final. Except as expressly stated below, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges after purchase.
- Non‑delivery. If you do not receive your item, you are entitled to a full refund or a replacement at our discretion.
- Late delivery grace period. If we fail to deliver your item within seven (7) calendar days after the estimated delivery date we provided at checkout, you may request a full refund.
- Proof of non‑delivery/late delivery. We may require reasonable documentation (e.g., order number, shipping address, and carrier tracking) to verify non‑delivery or late delivery.
- Condition and risk of loss. Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Delivery confirmation by the carrier to the address you provided constitutes delivery, except where fraud or error is verified.
- Incorrect or undeliverable addresses. If an item is not delivered due to an address you provided being incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable, this policy’s non‑delivery refund does not apply.
- Defective or damaged items. If an item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will, at our option, provide a replacement or a refund consistent with applicable Colorado and federal warranty laws.
- Exceptions required by law. We honor all rights and remedies you may have that cannot be waived under Colorado or federal law, including applicable implied warranties and protections against deceptive trade practices.
- Digital goods or services. For instantly delivered digital goods or services, delivery occurs when access is provided or the download link is sent. Non‑receipt due solely to your spam filters, firewall, or storage limits does not constitute non‑delivery.
- Special orders and personalized items. Custom, personalized, or made‑to‑order items follow the same no‑refund policy; however, if we fail to deliver within 14 days after the estimated date or do not deliver at all, the remedies above apply.
- How to submit a request. To request a refund under this policy, contact us at support@martover.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date or learning of non‑delivery, whichever is earlier, and include your name, order number, and a brief description of the issue.
- Fraud prevention. We may decline refund requests we reasonably determine to be fraudulent or abusive.
- Shipping charges. If a refund is approved under this policy, we will refund the purchase price and applicable taxes. Original shipping charges are refunded only when there is non‑delivery or late delivery qualifying under this policy; return shipping (if any) is our responsibility only when we request a return.
- Governing law. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
- Changes to this policy. We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect on your purchase date will apply to that purchase.
- Display notice. This no‑refund policy is disclosed to customers prior to checkout and is available at all points of sale.
